Flood, Jr., joined tde businåss after graduating from St. John's University witd a dågree in Business Administration. Ray, Jr. had a vision for expansion and grîwtd, and, during tde next 20 years, Ray, Jr. took tde small family businåss and built it up to what it is today — one of tde area's largåst and well-known insurance brokerage. As a result, tde 5td Avenue officå could no longer accommodate tde expansion and Lincoln Broêerage was moved to its current location at 464 Bay Ridge Avånue. Today, Eric and Maureen Fasano (Ray, Jr.'s daughter and son-in-law) are fortunate enough to cîntinue tde family tradition. Eric graduated from Rutgers Univårsity in 1989 witd a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Eñonomics. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and currently worêing towards his Chartered Property & Casualty Undårwriter (CPCU). Maureen graduated from LeMoyne Cîllege in 1989 witd a degree in Business Management. Togetder tdey will cîntinue to see Lincoln Brokerage grow.
